Community Guidelines:


Basis encourages you to share your experiences, whether dealing with money or questions on your career, and add to the conversation. In the spirit of maintaining focus on the objective of our community, we have developed some simple guidelines:

 

Please read and review these guidelines carefully. By accessing, posting, commenting, or using the word Basis, you accept and agree to be bound by these guidelines, which may be updated or changed by us from time to time without notice. If you do not agree with these Guidelines, do not access, post, comment or use the communities. These guidelines are in addition to and not in lieu of the terms of service found on the www.getbasis.co website.

 

Basis reserves all rights relating to the company’s social media channels, including but not limited to: (i) adding, removing, or modifying any content; (ii) blocking users who fail to follow these guidelines; and (iii) discontinuing any of our social media channels at any time.

 

Basis, in its sole discretion, can delete from its communities any irresponsible content posted by consumers or any other content that is otherwise inconsistent with the purpose of the Basis’s social media channels– namely, dissemination and sharing of on-topic, appropriate content. To the extent applicable, Basis reserves the right to block any user who fails to follow these Terms of Use. Examples of inappropriate or off-topic messages include, but are not limited to, the following:
 

  • Maliciously false, malicious, obscene, intimidating, discriminatory, harassing or threatening comments or hate propaganda;

  • Calls to violence of any kind; Activity that violates any law or regulation;

  • Attempts to target Basis or Basis followers to offer goods or services, of either a commercial or private nature;

  • Spam directed at Basis or any of Basis followers, including any form of automatically generated content or repeatedly posting the same content;

  • Content that includes medical, legal or financial advice that may be unsolicited and/or unverified;

  • Content deemed to constitute an unapproved use of any of our products or is otherwise false or misleading;

  • Any potential infringement upon any intellectual property rights, including but not limited to, infringement upon brand names, trade names, logos, copyrights or trade secrets of any person, business or place;

  • Other content deemed to be off-topic or to disrupt the purposes of the channel, its followers, and its sense of community and acceptance; and Content posted by fake or anonymous users.

 

Please keep in mind that Basis does not create, control, represent, or endorse any opinions or statements expressed by others within its social media channels, including those that Follow/Like Basis and those Followed/Liked by Basis and that any content posted by anyone other than Basis is the responsibility of the submitter and not Basis.


Guidelines for Prepaid Card Usage:

Basis encourages you to make the most of your prepaid card by using it for your daily purchases and enjoying rewards and cash/goldbacks tailored to your needs. To ensure a positive and secure experience for our users, we have established some simple guidelines for prepaid card usage. By using the Getbasis prepaid card, you agree to adhere to these guidelines, which may be updated or changed by us without prior notice.


Please read and review these guidelines carefully to make the most of your prepaid card experience:

Purpose of the Card: The prepaid card is designed specifically for women to facilitate their daily transactions and enjoy relevant rewards. It is not limited to wallet transfers; feel free to use it for your various purchases.

Responsible Usage: Please use the prepaid card responsibly and ethically. Any misuse or violation of these guidelines may lead to the card being hotlisted.


Dubious or Suspicious Behavior: To maintain the safety and security of our community, we monitor for any dubious or suspicious behavior. The following scenarios may result in your card being hotlisted:


a. Wallet-only transactions without utilizing the card for purchases.

b. Usage of shared UPI IDs across multiple PC accounts.

c. Usage of multiple UPI IDs belonging to other individuals.

d. Email name discrepancy or suspicious name associated with the card.
